We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your dealership performance data for any purpose other than generating your dashboards.
The DMS export data you send us contains advisor performance metrics — labor gross, parts gross, hours sold, RO counts, and discount amounts. This data does not include customer names, vehicle identification numbers, or any personally identifiable information about your customers.
Your dealership data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security. It is never shared with other dealerships, used for benchmarking without aggregation, or sold to any third party.
Aggregate, anonymized benchmarks (e.g., average G/RO by brand) may be used to improve our scoring models. No individual store data is ever identifiable in these aggregates.
We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate AdvisorLab:
Each provider is bound by their own data processing agreements. We do not share your information with advertisers or marketing data brokers.
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation, then deleted upon request or within 12 months of cancellation.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing sales@getadvisorlab.com.
We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption on all connections, row-level security in our database, and API key authentication for all service integrations. We do not store passwords — account access uses passwordless magic links.
No system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at sales@getadvisorlab.com.
AdvisorLab uses minimal cookies — primarily to maintain your login session in the app. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Our marketing site uses local storage (not cookies) to remember your demo access status.

AdvisorLab is a business-to-business service intended for use by automotive dealership professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy as our service evolves. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of AdvisorLab after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
