Is there a long-term contract or commitment? +
AdvisorLab is $890/month per store, billed monthly with no commitment. Cancel any time — no contracts, no cancellation fees, no questions asked. We're confident you'll stay because the product delivers, not because you're locked in.
How does the data upload work? +
You export your monthly CP advisor productivity report from your DMS — whatever your system calls it — and email it to us. We update your dashboards within the hour. Compatible with all DMS systems including CDK, Reynolds, Tekion, DealerSocket, and more. No templates to fill, no IT involvement, no DMS connection or integration required.
Can each advisor only see their own data? +
Yes. Advisors get their own secure login and can only see their personal dashboard — their goals, streaks, coaching moments, and 30-day plan. They cannot see other advisors' data or the GM/SM views. Role-based access is built in from day one.
What's the cancellation policy? +
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll be billed for the current month you're in and won't be charged again after that. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no forms, no runaround.
We have multiple stores — how does pricing work? +
For 2–3 stores, each store has its own plan at $890/month. For 4+ stores, contact us for Enterprise pricing — we offer a custom per-store rate with a multi-store group dashboard that lets you compare performance across all locations. Volume discounts are negotiable.
Who handles the data each month — do we have to do anything? +
We handle everything. Each month, simply export your CP advisor productivity report from your DMS and email it to
[email protected]. We process it and update your dashboards within the hour — your GM, Service Manager, and advisors all see fresh data when they next log in. No templates, no data entry, no IT involvement required on your end.

AdvisorLab is compatible with all major DMS systems — CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion, DealerSocket, DealerBuilt, and more. We work with whatever your CP advisor productivity export looks like. If you're unsure, just email us the export and we'll confirm it works before you commit to anything.
