The annual commitment plan locks in a 20% discount ($717/mo vs $897/mo), saving you $180 every month in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Month-to-month gives you full flexibility to cancel any time with no penalty. Most stores go annual because the savings are immediate and there's no budget approval hurdle — it's still a monthly line item.

You export your CP advisor data from your DMS (CDK, Reynolds, or any system that produces a spreadsheet) and upload it to AdvisorLab monthly. The upload takes under a minute and all dashboards refresh automatically. No IT involvement, no integration work required.

Not yet — the current version uses a monthly upload model which most stores prefer for simplicity and control. Direct DMS integrations are on the roadmap and available as an Enterprise option. We'll reach out when it's ready for your system.

Yes. Advisors get their own secure login and can only see their personal dashboard — their goals, streaks, coaching moments, and 30-day plans. They cannot see other advisors' data or the GM/SM views. Role-based access is built in.
