METHODOLOGY & ASSUMPTIONS
G/RO Improvement Basis Based on internal analysis of stores that implemented structured advisor coaching programs. Conservative estimates use $20–$30/RO improvement for underperforming advisors coached over 90 days.
Advisor Improvement Rate Not all advisors respond equally to coaching. We default to 70% because some advisors are already near ceiling performance, and 10–15% may not respond significantly within the first year.
What's Not Included This calculator only models CP gross improvement. AdvisorLab also improves service retention, CSI scores, and parts attachment — all of which add incremental revenue not captured here.
